I am the only one, as soon as a contest starts i need to check if i am still online as NOBODY join for hours ? I mean, i maybe disappear for them at all ? I check on site and i show up online, 4hours today 0$ is this normal as i am pretty new on SM (4months) . Do you have any recommendations? Suggestions? What to do ? 😭

Bună! Aș dori să aflu dacă există persoane care au trecut printr-o situație asemănătoare și au avut câștig de cauză în instanță.

Bunicul meu a decedat în 1999 și nu s-a făcut succesiunea după el. Moștenitorii lui au fost tatăl meu și sora tatălui meu (mătușa mea). Tatăl meu s-a ocupat exclusiv de teren timp de peste 20 de ani: l-a lucrat, a plătit impozitele și a suportat toate cheltuielile legate de acesta. Mătușa mea a fost plecată în America și nu s-a ocupat deloc de teren, nu a contribuit financiar și nu a făcut niciun act de administrare sau folosință.

Între timp, atât tatăl meu, cât și mătușa mea au decedat. În prezent, eu și vărul meu suntem singurii moștenitori ai acestora.

Intenționez să solicit în instanță să mi se recunoască dreptul asupra întregii cote a bunicului, având în vedere faptul că tatăl meu a exercitat singur posesia și administrarea terenului timp de foarte mulți ani, iar mătușa mea nu s-a implicat deloc.

A existat cineva într-o situație similară care a reușit să obțină întreaga cotă succesorală? Dacă da, ce probe au fost importante în dosar (martori, acte de plată a impozitelor, adeverințe de la primărie, contracte de arendă etc.)? Dacă nu ați reușit, care au fost motivele?

Mulțumesc anticipat pentru orice experiență împărtășită! Știu că fiecare caz este diferit și nu solicit consultanță juridică, ci doar experiențe personale.

Am comandat de pe un site un lubrifiant de 1 litru și abia așteptam să ajungă. Coletul a fost livrat la Easybox, însă am observat în e-mail că acesta fusese deja ridicat, deși eu nu îl ridicasem

Ulterior, am descoperit că pe contul meu de SITE era încă asociat numărul de telefon al fostului meu iubit, rămas acolo de aproximativ 10 ani. Am sunat la curier, iar operatorul m-a întrebat dacă cunosc o persoană pe nume „Dorel”. La acel moment nu mi-am dat seama despre cine este vorba

Mai târziu, am rugat un prieten comun să îl contacteze. Acesta l-a sunat, însă el a refuzat să recunoască și a susținut că nu a ridicat nimic. Totuși, sunt convinsă că el a ridicat coletul, deoarece nimeni altcineva nu avea acces la codul necesar pentru ridicare

Am câteva întrebări:

1. Dacă refuză să îmi înapoieze coletul, pot depune o plângere împotriva lui?

Ar trebui să le explic celor de la Sameday exact ce s-a întâmplat sau să spun că nu știu cine este persoana care a ridicat coletul și să îi las pe ei să investigheze?

Dacă a ridicat coletul prin intermediul unui prieten căruia i-a transmis codul, cine ar răspunde pentru acest lucru: el sau prietenul său?

Menționez că această situație mă afectează foarte mult, deoarece am un istoric neplăcut cu această persoană și nu vreau să îi las un colet care a fost plătit exclusiv cu cardul și din banii mei.

But I don’t understand where I’m supposed to post, what I’m supposed to do nothing is showing up for me at all. Or are posts from my main profile automatically transferred there?

I understood that you get a higher percentage if people pay through that platform( photos and videos?) the info on site are not clear .

I found the platform on Google. I couldn’t log into it because I used the same email and details from StreamMate, the main site, and it says the account doesn’t exist. So I really don’t understand what it’s for or how it works.

I’ve been working on AdultWork for 3 years and recently started Streamate too with a lot of fear …because AW became really slow for me. I thought maybe changing platforms would help, so now I work on both at the same times

The thing is… even if AdultWork feels dead lately, nothing seems to work better for me than AW

On Streamate I had one good weekend where I made around $600but after that it became very inconsistent. One day I make $80 after 8 hours online, another day almost nothingI came back after being sick for 4 days and made $160, but mostly because one guy I already knew came to see me there

Traffic is very low for me. Mostly the same people enter my room…It takes forever for someone to initiate a private, and sometimes I feel like I’m trying too hard just to keep people talking …..Meanwhile on AdultWork I barely make around €300/week now after all these yearss

And honestly it’s starting to affect me mentally
