Hello all, so i am currently based on netherlands. I went to my GP and told them i have pcos since i was 13-14 years old. Currently 31 F . I told my gp i am not able to track ovulation because my periods are all over the place. Periods come on time but with some spotting and last for more than 7-8 days . So she said she will refer me to gp so they can prescribe me letrozol or clomid for ttc.

What questions should i ask for my appointment ?

Anyone went through same process? Any advice?

I am having very irregular cycles and not missing but they are longer than 5 days and sometimes spotting before period. I really want to track ovulation with lh strips and bbt but because of these irregular periods its miserable.
I have appointment with my general doctor , should i suggest them to give me metformin. I have insulin resistance pcos , tried taking ovasitol bit its not suitable for my body so i stopped it.
I have heard alot of stories people after taking metformin had their cycles more regular?
My body weight was 72kg and now i am 66-67kg , height is 152 cm. I am in calorie deficit and working out (gym, bike rides, swim). Fat loss is in progress.
I want to start ttc from next month. Is it easy to get prescription for metformin easily in Europe from general practitioners?

Has anyone used natural cycles with their own band with irregular periods and seen good results ? Is it helpful ? Specially in case of PCOS / pcod for ttc?

If not then any good suggestion specially in Europe for ttc and affordable too !!

Hello , we will be soon trying for ttc . I was around 72 kg anc 152 cm . I recently lost body fat and weight now weigh 66/67 kg . Still in the process of losing body fat. I do weight training and biking . we are planning to start ttc in next 2 months but my periods are all over the places. My periods last more than 7 days. Can you please help with what device should i use to track ovulation ? I was thinking of buying mira fertility second hand from ebay but sticks are still expensive. Just checking bbt and ovulation strip its easy to predict ovulation with pcos?
