Keyboard failure in Neo

After Apple unveiled the Neo, I bought one with Touch ID around March. It has been my daily driver. I mostly used it for web browsing and running the MS Office suite. The experience was smooth until the keyboard failed. The control button failed out of nowhere. Luckily, it is still under warranty, and I won't have to pay a dime for the keyboard replacement.

I left it at the Apple store on August 2. Today I was informed that they replaced the keyboard and reset the OS, but it failed again. They placed an order for another one they would try replacing it again.

I have always been a Windows user. I never have to get any of my laptops repaired. I was really enthusiastic about venturing into the Mac ecosystem after using a couple of iPhones for several years. Now I am questioning my decision.
