This is my homemade fountain pen suitable iron gall ink in blue, darkened for a few minutes. Fresh colour is more light and without black tones.
I want to buy a new manual grinder for espresso. I use espresso beans made by a local roastery, they are rather dark roasted. I used an old Zassenhaus grinder and was somewhat satisfied with it, but I want to get a new one to use at home since I took the Zassenhaus to work to use it with my Moka there.
At home I alao use a Moka pot but most of the time a cheap Delonghi Dedica portafilter. I know, the Delonghi is not that great but I got it when I still was in university and was poor. I just wanted to level up my grinder game before thinking about a better machine.
I was looking either at a 1zpresso J-Ultra, but I am very hesitant to spend this much money on a manual grinder, or at the Kingrinder K6. 100€ would be my upper soft limit. Are there other/better recommendations at this price point?

I bought a new 2023 Brikka in the 2 cup version off of Amazon. It arrived in the correct packaging which also reads 2 cups on the outside, however, the Brikka itself looks bigger than my Moka Elettrika (which is 2 cups) and the manual states that you should use 100ml of water for 2 cups or 180ml for 4 cups. What irritates me is that if I fill the pot with 100ml it is only half full, way below the security valve. The Moka Elettrika fills slightly below the valve when filled with the same volume.
Is the Brikka just built different or did I get the 4 cup verison in the 2 cup packaging?
