Please leave the giant flags on long poles at home

I know we all love our totems and being able to find our group in the crowd, but can we please leave the massive flags on 10+ foot poles at home?
Not only do they breach the totem rules, but it’s honestly so fucking disrespectful to everyone behind you. People paid just as much as you did to be there and see the stage, visuals, lasers, and production — not stare at your flag blocking half the stage for an entire set.
If you need something to help your group find you, make a totem that follows the rules. There are a million creative ways to make something visible without completely ruining the view for hundreds of people behind you.
Especially when you’re close to the front. If you’re going to work your way up there, please have some awareness of the people around you.
Totems are part of festival culture. Blocking the stage with a giant flag doesn’t have to be.

Water Stations

As a veteran, this is one of the those things i wish most they would fix the most. Last year we had to wait 45mins or more to get water in the festival venue. The locations of most of them are in very high traffic areas. Would REALLY be nice to have more so more people can access them. This is the only thing that bothers me every year.

DSL help needed

Our fuel station digital price tags are not updating. We have replaced tags and batteries and bars and nothing. Some of the bars blink a yellow light once but the tags don’t blink. Anyone have any tips? It almost seems like they are all offline.

TL Interview Questions

My store has 2 TL positions opening up and I’m going after both of them in hopes i get 1. I have interviewed a couple times before and the questions are somewhat hard for me to understand in the moment. Does anyone have a copy of the questions? I’d appreciate it greatly. 😊

Lazy Customers

My store has a GIANT problem with customers leaving stuff wherever they please. It’s become such a problem that when we come in for our shift the first thing we do is gather all this stuff we find then return it to its home. The best one I’ve had yet was back around thanksgiving someone left a big butterball turkey across the store in the clearance aisle. Like WTF? 😭
