best way to go about maxing on on SQUAT BENCH and DEADLIFT?

EDIT: There seems to be a confusion. Im literally just asking how to properly warm up to a pr and what increment each attempt should be. Im already on a program so dont tell me to get on a program. Just tell me how YOU normally max out.

I want to retrieve the photos from my instagram it it's original state (when, where, and how it was taken.)

What I did was export my Instagram data to retrieve my post media. When I downloaded the media files to my phone, it ONLY had the date of when it was downloaded (today).

What I want is the original date, original location, and camera information of the photo.

Is there a fix to this and how?

I've recently started to get them when I started to do serious bench training. I was doing 205lb for RPE of 8 today, and I kept getting exertion headaches in the back of my hand.

As of now, this is only exclusive to the barbell bench.
Should I worry about it, and what can I do to ease/prevent it?
