Any ideas on the age or origin of this glass?

The rim is hand cut and the gold is a dainty raised hand painted ribbon and garland. Does anyone know where or when it was made?

Is this antique or repro? USA

I found this at an estate sale. I figured out it's an apothecary container and I believe that mark on the bottom indicates it was made in Talavera Spain. Is it a vintage tourist piece or an antique? If it's a tourist piece I want to compliment the potters because they aged it very well. It's dirty in all the right dirty spots at the top.

Did the price of shipping go up last night?

I got an order late last night before midnight. I use calculated shipping. I went to print the label today. It came in exactly the same size and weight I calculated. I didn't change anything on the label. She paid $8.18, but I paid $8.61. Why is that? Another order I got this morning was fine and coincidentally also $8.61.

Buyer claims one of 6 items missing

I sold 6 doll outfits. I carefully tissue wrapped each one and added an extra one for free. The buyer left a good review. They just contacted me and said one of the 6 is missing and told me to send it to them. I'm 99.99999999% sure I mailed it to them because I counted them when I prepared the order, I remember tissue wrapping that exact piece, and I counted each one again right before I put the tape on the box to avoid this situation.

This particular item was white and lightweight, so I believe there's a chance the buyer just didn't notice it. I told them I packed it and to check the packing materials and around the floor where they opened the item. I haven't heard back yet.

If they aren't able to find it, what is my best response? I know it's in their house or their trash and it wasn't my mistake. They left a good review already, so they can't change it, right? I can do a partial refund, but I'm very much against doing such things when I'm not in the wrong. I could offer a return label and be out the cost of shipping both ways ($12) plus the item they lost. It's just upsetting when I went to all that effort to package it nicely, counting the items multiple times, and giving them an extra one to make them happy. Why can people not count the items and make sure they are there when they open the box?

Help with ID

I found this at an estate sale. There is a Noonan Kocian St Louis stamp on the back. It looks like the number 32121 may be written on the stamp. The signature looks like Golda or Gulda to me. Was it maybe a local St. Louis artist? How old do you think it could be?

Gien Spongeware Bowl USA

I found this spongeware bowl. The mark says it was made by Gien between 1886 to 1938. I couldn't find anything remotely similar to this online. Any thoughts?

This is Pop's sea glass collection. That was how it was labeled at the Goodwill Bins when I bought it. It's pretty, but I don't know much about sea glass or beach glass. Some of the pieces are UV reactive.

I picked this up at an estate sale. It looks like a real painting with brush strokes and texture. I assumed it was one of the those vintage mass produced decor paintings, but I thought it was nicely painted and composed. It is signed 1896 on the bottom. There was another similar one that someone else picked up. He believed it was actually from 1896. Maybe I was wrong. What are your thoughts?

I'm perplexed. This is a very nice looking print with no fading or damage. The frame looks like thin gilded brass. I would think it's a newer vintage item, but the back looks oldish though. The glass is unusual. There is a long seed bubble and one right in the middle that looks like a curling iron melted plastic. There are also horizontal lines or ripples in the glass and it is very thin. This was hard to photograph. This makes me think it is older. Any thoughts?
