Eddy Burback - Carnivore diet experience (my apologies if this is not allowed)
My apologies if this is not allowed (or has been posted before) - but I couldn't find a similar post and thought I'd share. This person tracked 1 month of carnivore diet and honestly, and although I didn't think I'd post this here at all. The last 10-ish minutes changed that for me. Not judging at all, you do you, but it might be interesting for the carnivore diet enthousiasts here?
