I have a hole in my wall under/next to my bed. It’s a long story but I just haven’t had the funds to get new base boards. About 3 months ago I started getting spider bites and I knew they were coming from the hole. About 2 weeks ago I was finally able to have someone come spray my room and they have stopped. But I have now started getting bed bug bites and i believe I just found some in my mattress lining. Currently cleaning everything. But im so confused on how I got them. I have honestly not left my house in a while and I keep everything pretty clean. Could they be from the hole?

I have been dealing with mental health issues my entire life. And I’m at a point where I know I need more intense care than just therapy and meds. As this will be my first time in an adult center can anyone tell me what to expect. New things make me anxious and so I like to be somewhat mentally prepared
