Advice: possible broken blood feather

I noticed Tillman the green cheek conure had some blood on her foot this morning around 7. I couldn’t find where it was coming from and thought she may have just nicked herself on her foot. this afternoon around 4, I noticed there was a spot on her underbelly behind her leg (not her vent) that was about half the size of a pinky nail of blood-covered feathers.

Her past makes wrangling her difficult, but I was able to towel her and apply some pressure to the area. Only after more searching does it seem like I needed to pinch the feather itself and/or remove it with tweezers.

Please advise

Nearest emergency room with avian vet is 2 hours away and they leave in 5 hours. Bleeding looks like it’s stopped, she’s eating and moving fine, and beak grinding. She wanted to go to bed at her usual time, but I’m wondering if I need to get her in the car.
