I finally finished this poppet 💗💗💗

I started this doll quite a while ago but got a creative block when it came to finishing her. Probably over a year later, she’s finally done 😊

I made a little fairy ornament 😊💗

It’s made of hemp cord, metal beads, glass seed beads, and a purple acrylic evil eye bead, and has a loop at the top so it can be used as an ornament or keychain 😊 I ran out of the beads that I used for the calf, so it’s a little wabi sabi 😅

How hard is it to get a children’s book published, when the book heavily relies on the art and you’re not an illustrator?

I wrote a kids book that has a relatively low word count (148), about crystals and their spiritual meanings. It rhymes and flows well but I know that’s a relatively low word count, on a niche topic, and the allure of the book would heavily depend on the work of the illustrator. How hard would it be to query an agent, or have published by a company accepting direct submissions?

I made a Persephone Doll 💗

She’s made of various colors of hemp cord (floral colors), black cotton fabric, glass seed beads, a skull charm, a wire wrap pomegranate charm, bells, and love. What are some of your favorite deities and/ or mythical figures that you’ve read about? Persephone, Lilith, Hecate, and the Morrigan are my favorites to make dolls of😊

I had an idea 💗

I have a hoard of jewelry supplies, but I struggle to make myself jewelry due to my commitment phobe and indecisive nature 😅 But I finally came up with a solution! Jewelry links 💗💗💗 that can be rearranged or added to at any time with ease. Each link is made with copper wire, a lobster clasp, and either a stone or glass bead. 6-8 links make a bracelet (6-7 for stone 7-8 for glass), and 14+ link make a necklace. I’m thinking about putting some charms on jump rings and adding those as well, they’d be removable (you’d just skip the jump ring into the clasp), so that the bracelet/ necklace stays fully customizable 😊

Little Bone and Crystal Doll I Made 😊💗

I just wanted to share my most recent doll. Dolls are my primary craft outlet. This one has a bone bead and two Carnelian beads and I love the way they look together, garnet usually looks really good with bone too. Sorry for rambling 😅 and thank you for looking 💗

I’m hoping this is allowed since I guess they are people shaped, I tried to message and ask but never heard anything back 😅 I just wanted to share a doll I made from supplies from my tie dye phase, jewelry phase, macrame phase, and some dried flowers from my very short resin phase 😊
