Witchy Art & Chicken-legged Houses

I've been told that people here will very much appreciate the aesthetic here. :)

It's an upcoming kickstarter for 5/5.5e D&D that has some incredible artists lined up to provide beautiful witchy artwork, including cute-as-punch chicken legged houses.

My witchy occult shop simulator game is coming out this Fall, and I want feedback from the people who know best.

Hey there everyone!

I posted in here before so I hope this doesn't come off as spam, but I've been working super hard on this project, new artwork, new trailer, updated gameplay and so on.

For those of you who aren't familiar, I've been working on a witchy aesthetic game inspired by my wife's love for all things witchy and macabre. All of the character cast have the core character strengths that I admire most about my wife. Where all the problems they have are metaphors to things I've been struggling with over the years.

It's a story driven occult/witchy shop sim indie game that for the time being, is exclusively on Steam.

The reason I'm posting today is that I was really hoping to get some people who are already fans of the aesthetic to take a look at my game's page or even play the demo if you have the time to give me some genuine feedback on the game.

I have been able to debug it and add polish pretty thoroughly, but I just don't know if the interest is there for the folks I had in mind.

If you want to give it a play or a wishlist you can check it out here:

Healing breakup craft

I broke up with my (now ex) girlfriend two days ago. Our relationship was really really wonderful, but there was one key thing we never figured out how to compromise on.

Anyways ~

I’m sharing because I saved every dried flower petal from every bouquet she ever got me.

I originally planned on using them in our wedding someday.

Since we are of course no longer getting married, I thought about throwing them away. But, I decided that our relationship was too special to me to do that.

It was soft and healing and made me feel held in ways I never have been before. It was my first queer relationship, as a late bloomer to my queer awakening.

We’re both so sad, because the love is there. We are both hoping to create a beautiful friendship after we take some time to heal.

So instead of throwing them away, I put them in a jar and placed them on my plant shelf that I built.

I really liked the idea of holding onto the petals, because the relationship was still precious to me. And this was a way of showing that even though it didn’t turn out the way we hoped, I could still make something beautiful with it.

I love the symbolism of that.

Right now, it’s hard to look at my jar. But I know (I hope) there will be a time where it only brings me a feeling of peace and love.

~

As someone new to all things witchy, this is kind of my first shot at doing something ceremonious. I wish I lit a candle and maybe played a song. I didn’t think about it until after I was done.

Do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do now that I’ve completed it? Something ceremonious or something along those lines. I’d love to use it to help me grieve and heal, the way our relationship helped me heal.

Thank you 💚

I caved and bought the mirror

This mirror was sold out online within 24 hours and it was sold out everywhere around Houston within 24 hours. One store held on to one for me and I drove almost 2 hours to get to it. I am so thankful for the person that held onto her for me. I am an artist and a Potter and I had multiple markets going on and thankfully, she was able to hold one and I got it. Guys I did cave and pay money to Michael’s, but I will say thank you Ashley so much for making my day and holding this for me. I truly appreciate it.

Endlich meine gemütliche Altar-Ecke fertiggestellt! 🌙✨ Ich liebe meinen alten Rollsekretär dafür.

Hallo zusammen!

Blended soft whites and misty blues to get that delicate, translucent porcelain look. What do you think?
