Peeing large volumes
I never really drank water much in my life as I felt it always went right through me but I have diabetes now so need to replace sodas with water. The only problem is I am peeing high volumes of about 400/500ml which is definitely a lot more than I did.

I am going through terrible frequent urination and I am scared to drink fluids. Every time I drink pretty much right away I get urgency and it’s large volumes of pee. I am not drinking enough for that to happen.

Whenever i lie on my back i feel such a heavy weight on my pelvis/lower abdomen it’s like something is pushing down on me.
Also this is my stomach but it’s not hard and I am overweight.
