I am rendering my last 2 weeks at a government agency and my last day of service is on May 29, 2026.

Questions:

1. Can I visit GSIS next week or after May 29 na? I have pending loans and wish to avail the RPSL after my CSV claims.

2. How long will all papers take from filing, availment of RPSL, SOA, clearance?

Hello! Sputum collection ko sa SLEC next week. The past 3 days Ive been trying to practice how to collect it pero always ako frustrated kasi wala ako makuha. Did all those techniques and practices pero little to nothing.

Is there anything more I can do get better results tomorrow morning aside from steam, drinking a lot of fluids etc?

Also, if wala talaga, does SLEC do induced sputum?
