I’ve just gotten into GBA, I beat Pokemon Sapphire and am in the process of Metroid fusion

The only real issue is that I have a working memory and navigation related disability (no specific diagnosis, but tested as 1st percentile, which is well within the disability range) I’m not looking for things without navigation, I’m really hopigg by that playing more navigation heavy games will improve those skills, but it would be nice if the game had good accessibility features like a minimap and a quest log

My working memory is lower than the 1st percentile and as a result I get lost, overwhelmed, etc in games a lot

One idea I have is ontopreplica combined with a transparent text editor, so I can add another little area for notes, I can’t find one, but that might work, and if I jut use it for every game it can get to the point where I’m so used to it that it’s no longer intrusive

Is there any better options?
