I cannot believe it, so much as changed for me. Incredible it just takes 37 days to actively turn your life around. My energy has changed completely, my body so much. I'm getting more opportunities because I have energy and confidence again. I cannot believe I've almost read two books, its been literally years since I finished a book.

Showing up for myself everyday and not self-betraying has carried me through in hard moments. my body has adjusted to drinking water. I really have only great things to say and I hope your experience is going well too.

I've done the artists way which was one of the most mentally challenging projects ever, trying to get my brain in the same space for this.

Wishing to be stronger and sleep better! A couple pounds wouldn't hurt hehe but not my motivation here.

I fucking love Taken, first off. My favorite viewing of it was in 2013 when I was a backpacker I took a bus from one not touristy Eastern European city to another not touristy Eastern European city really early in the morning and they played Taken on the bus top to bottom. It was dubbed in the country's language and the same person dubbed every single voice in the movie, my favorite viewing I've ever had of the movie. And I watched it on my 20th birthday. There was the email saying you were admitted… admitted to the next round of choice, then the follow up email to pay again to be considered. Didn’t do either, but went to check what artists they might have chose and poof! Their Instagram is now gone.
