Would you buy? 2012 Corolla

I have the opportunity to obtain a 2012 Toyota Corolla L with 12,000 miles.

It was owned as part of corporate fleet that included other more fun/faster cars and so it was only really driven when all the other cars were in use. Sounds like it spent 90% of it's life in a underground garage. CarFax doesn't have any service records but my mechanic took a look at the car and it's in pristine condition except for the tires which are original from 2012 and although with plenty of tread will need to be replaced.

I've been offered to purchase the car before it goes to auction for $14,899. No opportunity for negotiation.

It's a reliable car (probably the best generation of this car) but it's still 13 years old. The price is making me hesitate.

Would you buy it?
