Air wrap frizzy a half hour later no matter what.

I have used many a round hot air brushes. When I use the Dyson Airwrap no matter WHAT - even if it looks amazing after blowing it, my hair is frizzy a half hour later—in AIR CONDITIONING! This does not happen with any of the other hot air brushes. The Revlon works the best for me but I haven’t used it in years bc it’s so damaging for the hair. I’ve had my Dyson for 4 or 5 years now and it’s done this since the beginning.

Just wondering if anyone else has this issue bc it drives me insane bc it was SO costly but just doesn’t work on my hair and I don’t know WHY.

*ETA: I use different hair products and it doesn’t seems to matter - bc I use them with all my tools.

At what weight did you start noticing more drastic changes when just dropping a few lbs?

For reference I’m 5’3.” I’m 141 lbs now (started at 168) and I don’t know if it’s in my head or not (I really don’t feel like it is), but I swear it’s a difference compared to when I was at 144. But in the past, i definitely could not notice a 3 lbs difference.

Wondering if this is something that happened to you at a certain point, and when that was? Does it get more drastic as you get smaller? If so, that’s great. 😂 Bc it’s taking me soo long to lose the lbs now it feels!

Are you all pooping every day?

I was just watching a presentation and she talked about estrogen dominance with Lipedema and was saying that it’s important to have a bowel movement every day bc it helps to remove estrogen from your body. I have to say I have almost never pooped every day. As a kid I would only go like twice a week, and now as an adult it’s mostly every other day.

It got me how wondering how many of us Lipedemies aren’t pooping? 😂 Or are most of you pooping regularly?

I will say I’ve also been working on upping my fiber and fat intake to hopefully help this a bit!

Does anyone else feel a lot more tired when they lower their calories?

I’ve lowered my calories in the past month because I lost more weight so my TDEE is lower. But I feel SO much more tired. Wondering if other experience this too or it’s just a me thing. I’m not even in a steep deficit (I lose 0.5-0.75 lbs a week). I’m also not even losing faster now that I lowered it.

*ETA: I’ve lowered it by only 50 calories on average.Normal to experience it at that low of a calorie drop?
