Rolled Fender Advice Needed – fix for sliced up tires?

Long story short, lowered car and now fenders are cutting into tire.

Rolling the fenders seems the clear winner in terms of cost effectiveness. Just concerned it will look weird. Has anyone done this and how does it look?

Option B is getting wheels with better clearance, though that’s a lot of money.

So, what’s the best way to fix problem of tires rubbing after lowering car?

A. Roll fenders = ~$250

B. New wheels and tires = ~$3000

C. Third option? Fix the suspension somehow? IDK.

- I plan on getting the fenders rolled professionally as I read it's a little difficult on the S3.

Magride delete sensor placement safe enough?

Here's my work in progress 2015 S3. Installed ST XA coilovers and used TAG magride delete sensors. Is the sensor delete placement good or what would be the safest? Tried to follow the TAG vid on youtube yet for some reason couldn't get the rear ones to fit properly.

More coilover install questions - how far does this tab go?

ST XA coilovers on Audi S3. Front struts, does this tab go all the way to the center of the bolt hole? (the one that's half in knuckle already.) Having trouble getting it down to center and it seems tab would block bolt hole. ST "instructions" say nothing on this, they're just generalized schematics and not specific to these coilovers on this model car. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Coilover install stupid question – does new mount sit atop stock one?

2015 Audi S3, installing ST XA coilovers, replacing magride with TAG delete kit.

New included spring mount from coilover kit doesn’t snap/fit over, or in, stock rubber control arm spring mount for rear suspension. Seems like the spring would slide around with the coilover’s metal mount just sitting atop the rubber one. Am I doing something wrong here or does this just work somehow?

ST's "instructions" don't say anything about how to install, just some vague stuff about setting damping and ride height. Tried watching tutorials on youtube and they all skip over installing rear springs in detail, because it's so obvious I guess.

Also, for anyone familiar with the ST XA coilovers, the third photo is of new adjustable spring mount, is this enough thread from the top to be safe? Trying to have it set at max height because I don't want it too low. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Camshaft magnet seal on '15 Audi S3 - replace outer seal without removing timing cover?

Replacing camshaft magnet seals on 2015 Audi S3 with EA888 gen 3 engine. Google AI claims it’s possible to replace both camshaft magnet seals without removing the timing cover, yet all the tutorials on youtube show them removing the timing cover. I’m skeptical as the larger outer gasket doesn’t seem like it would be easily replaced without removing cover – there’s even one video where someone tried to remove the outer seal and just ripped it apart, seems there’s high risk of it folding or tearing and not seating right when putting new one in.

Problem I’m trying to solve here is just replacing the seals. I’m having bad idle and misfires, took to mechanic who found oil leaking from camshaft magnet seals into sensor connection and ruining the signal or something to that effect. Recommended replacing seals and magnets. Looked up some diy’s on youtube and thought I’d try it myself.

Anyone do this without removing the timing cover? Any advice in general on how to do this? Thank you.

Replacing magride shocks – do I need to replace all the mounts and hardware?

Never replaced shocks before and need some guidance. All the diy tutorial vids just reuse the bolts and mounts yet google search AI tells me I should replace everything. There’s no full hardware kit from FCP Euro for the ‘15 S3 with magride, it’s only w/o magride or OEM. If I needed to I guess I could just order all the kit hardware bits and shocks separately. Just wanted to know if that’s necessary or I could save a couple hundred by reusing stuff.

Also is there anything different or surprising about replacing magride shocks, do I need to code them or what? Again all the diy vids are for lowering springs or coilover not a boring ordinary replacement. Thanks
