Can derealization or disassociation make you feel disoriented i dont know how to describe the feeling but sometimes iam in my house or parents house and i feel its weird like this is not my house or im lost in a way but i know where jam and i cant tell everything but it makes me think im going crazy its so scary
Hello everyone so ai suffer from OCD long ago but now i had a real or not so real exposure to rabies what happened is a stray puppy was living near our area he would come and play with us and one day he was sick he pit my pajamas while i was trying to get into the car i knew that the puppy died 3 days later I have contacted the dr and he said since no bite happened no worries and no need for vaccine this has been since 50 days and ive been having severe anxiety over this eberytime something hurts i assume im now infected and i have an anxiety attack any help?!
Ok im not looking for a diagnosis but i really need to vent here, i have bad health anxiety and GAD too recently i seem to feel like this place isnt familiar to me like its the first time i visit and mind me its my own town please note that i do know directions and everything but it feels different and when i have this feeling i get a panic attack of what if im going crazy another episode today is i was sitting in my room i looked at the curtain I felt its too big and i feel ting i had an anxiety attack that i couldnt shake till now thinking i might be going insane what is this people this is the weirdest shit!
