Pentax 67 project advice

So since uni I've had a Bronica SQ with 50mm f3.5 lens (my baby) as I love square format.

I'm thinking of embarking on a new photo project of portraits and group shots but wanting an upgrade.

My dream camera has always been a Pentax 67 and I'm just wondering if my judgement is being clouded by the dream or it would genuinely be a good decision for the work.

I've tried Mamiya 67 and Bronica ETRS in the past but the allure of the Pentax is high. (Have wondered about Mamiya 7 but think its out of my budget)

Will probably have to sell my Bronica to fund some of the purchase so don't want to make a rash decision.

Any thoughts welcome thanks.

Victorian house ground floor.

I wonder if anyone might be able to tell me what might have been done here. Last year bought and moved into Victorian middle terrace house (built 1900) I know that it would probably have been built with suspended timber floor, other houses on the row still have their airbricks intact, ours have been covered/filled.

I can see the edges of a DPM and can see in some corners/edges EPS foam with I think a self-levelling skim on top.

There's no issues with condensation or excessive drafts etc.

I'm just wondering what exactly has been done? Floor filled with MOT/aggregate fill, potentially with insulation then concrete and self level on top??

Most other work done on the house previously are classic landlord specials done badly so wondering if the ground-floor has had equal treatment or maybe this job has been done well.

Before buying I was researching how to insulate suspended floors, but once we pulled the carpet up realised there was nothing there 😅

Plan now as long as this floor is fine will be to put down cork/wood flooring.
