“Item has not arrived” refund help

I purchased an item on April 27. Estimated delivery was April 30 to May 4. So, we’re about 2 weeks past the estimated delivery.

Tracking has been a mess. It stalled at several places and now it says I rejected it and it’s heading back to the shipper. I did not reject anything. I never received anything.

Anyways, I just want to get a refund and move on.

When I select “item has not arrived” it says “if you like, you can send the seller a request. They’ll have three business days to respond before you can ask us to step in.”

Does this sound right? I would not like… I thought I could just submit it and it would go right through since it’s past the delivery date. Not joke around with asking the seller for permission and stuff.

I purchased a $4 item on eBay, which included shipping.

The mail delivery person knocked on my door today, and there’s $10 postage due. I declined/refused it.

I’ve had this happen a few times in the past. I’ve paid it, then got reimbursed by the seller. I’ve declined it, and got a product refund from the seller. I have some options.

I kind of want this item, but not worth going another $10 out-of-pocket for it.

My question is, should I just wait it out and file an “item not received” after the estimated delivery date has passed.

Or, is there any benefit to contacting the seller? I’m thinking I could ask for the $10, and then try to go to the post office and get it. And if I’m too slow, I can pocket it for my troubles.

Also, tracking shows that I refused it.

What would you do?

When I see women with black eyebrows and blonde hair, I think it looks goofy as hell. Do you think it looks good? Or are you not aware? Or do you just not care?

I also assumed most women don’t want to reveal their hair is dyed. But, when the eyebrows are a different color, it’s completely obvious. Seems like the eyebrows would get dyed to match by default.

Anyway, I’ve always wondered if you do it on purpose, if you don’t know, or if you don’t care.
