Hello, so I saw my dermatologist doctor and she suggested me to do radiofrequency microneedling for my listtle acne scars to make my skin smoother and I have done some research about it and people say it may make you age faster after RF microneedling. My derm said it can burn face fat and I said okay since I didn't know the consequences. I asked because I felt like ı have jowls. So, What do you think of RF MN? Should I do 3 sessions of radiofrequency microneedling as she suggested or should I do it at home with dermastamps etc...

So I have micro scars on my cheeks, maybe it is not that obvious on the picture but I have and they are micro which doesn't make my skin look smooth when under different lights. How can I remove them? Can you please help me with a routine? I want my skin to look smoother. Do I really need microneedling?

I have been using tret for 1 year and they are still there as scars.
