Love lurking here for motivation.
I’ve had two kids and the left is my body 6 weeks postpartum… to make this change I worked up to the following:
- 10,000 steps a day
- 4 HIIT classes a week (sometimes more)
- calories limited to 1,500

Having trouble losing weight now, seems to be happening very slowly.

33F looking for accountability buddy for fitness goals!

Hi,
I’m from Australia. I’d love an online friend to keep each other accountable.

My current goals:
- minimum 10,000 steps
- stay under 1,500 cals/healthy eating
- get more sleep (ultimately waking for 6am class consistently)
- At the moment I do HIIT/weight style classes 4 times a week and other workouts 2 times a week, with a rest day
- I have already lost 10kg, 5kg to go to my next short term goal
