I work for a company with 30–40 profit centers/projects, each offering different services and operating under different business models. As a result, our annual planning and budgeting process is very time-consuming and challenging, since each profit center requires a different approach.
I’m looking for a software solution that can help reduce the time, effort, and errors involved in the planning process.
My key requirements are:
1- Affordable (we have a limited budget)
2- Easy and quick to implement
3- Minimal or no IT support required
