Hey grilling/smoking community!

I've been using my Flexflame grill heavily since I got it in November. There is a LOT of build up inside the smoker portion of the grill.

The little door that opens to the smoker gets stuck when opening (first part of the video). The inside is really mucked up pretty good.

I was wondering, what is the best way to clean the extra buildup inside the smoker? Any tips would be great!

The landlords jacked their rent up effectively pushing them out of the shop they've been operating for decades. Can't wait for this to be a Starbucks or a Boba shop instead. Sad day.
