I’m looking for people who are also hunting for a flat around South Delhi, or someone who already has a place and is looking for a flatmate.

My budget is around ₹18–20k for a room. Ideally looking for a fully furnished 2BHK/3BHK, depending on how many of us end up being there. I’m also open to a pre-occupied flat if the place and people seem like a good fit.

Areas I’m looking at:
East of Kailash, Hauz Khas, Safdarjung, Arjun Nagar, Green Park, Green Park Extension, Malviya Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Sant Nagar.

I’ve finished my graduation from Hansraj and am currently doing my research alongside a diploma in law. I’m pretty chill and mostly keep to myself, but I’m also down to hang out with flatmates.

I smoke and occasionally drink, but I like to keep it limited to my room.

I generally prefer doing my own cooking and cleaning, although I’m completely fine with getting a maid for cleaning if everyone wants to split the cost.

I’m looking for people who are clean, considerate and easygoing. Also, I’d strongly prefer a gated society over a flat in a really narrow/congested lane.
