37F, tubular adenomas removed

I had my colonoscopy 2 weeks ago. This is probably my 3rd or 4th, and each time I’ve gotten polyps removed. The first procedure, I had to get 18 removed. This time, the doctor informed me that 10 were removed and some were tubular adenomas and some were hyperplastic, in the ascending and sigmoid colon. I keep reading that these are typically slow-progressing, if they were to turn into cancer. However, I’m getting really worried about the thought of cancer rapidly forming in between colonoscopies. I’m only 37, but I keep reading that more and more younger people are being diagnosed with colon cancer. The doctor wants to repeat the procedure in a year.

Medical administration assistant program

Hi everyone, I recently became a young widow with two small children. I would like to get a remote job eventually and have been looking into PF. Has anyone enrolled in their medical administration assistant? Were you able to land a job easily?

PHH mortgage double charged

I have PHH (now Onit.y) I made my usual mortgage payment of $860 for June through a rep on the phone. Checked my bank account and see they withdrew $1000 on the day I authorized $860 payment. Next day, they withdrew the $860. Totaling $1,860. Automated message states I owe $1,120 for the month of August. Has anyone had this issue? Why is it a different amount each month? They’re not disclosing anything to me.

Husband was only on house deed in PA

My husband recently passed. We have been married for 14 years. We bought a house together (I’ve been a stay at home mom, so “he” bought it” through VA loan. He is only on the deed. I contacted the courts and they told me I can be sworn in to become representative of his estate then get the deed put in my name. Prior to this, I talked to an attorney who has made it seem like my husbands daughter from a previous relationship can take our house and car. Not once did he mention I can put the house in my name and be protected. I’m really stressed and scared I don’t want to uproot my children.
