What else are you taking while microdosing?

I have had some great success with microdosing tirz - 23 pounds down in a little over 3 months. I'm not weighing daily at this point - still have another 10 pounds to lose and I'm trying to focus on strength and wellness while inching towards my goal weight.

From the start of microdosing, I've been using NAD+. I was actually using NAD+ for a month before taking the leap to tirz (I was nervous about starting a GLP1). Two weeks ago I started taking Lipo/B12/L-Carnitine IM shots. I noticed a huge boost in energy from the Lipo/B12/L-Carnitine, I think I've gotten very comfortable with doing shots and I'm considering adding Glutathione to my wellness stack for the skin benefits.

I'm curious - what are others stacking with their GLP-1s? I'm interested to know if it's an oral supplement or a shot, and also what benefits you've seen from the additional supplements/nutrients.

What has made a difference for me!

I have had some solid success with tirz, and like many, I often feel tired the day after the shot. What has made a big, huge difference for me is lipo/b-12/l-carnitine shots. I've tried this before at a med spa type place in my town, and while I felt the benefit, it was expensive, and more than I wanted to spend. I got a 3 monthly supply from an online telehealth site for a cost that was much more reasonable. It was a little bit scary at first, because it's an IM shot, not sub-q like tirz, but wow - what a difference it has made in my mood, energy and I think my body composition. I use it twice per week and highly recommend!

I’m getting close to buying a kit - does everything come in a kit that I need (BAC water, needles to reconstitute)? Or do I need to buy that seperately? Still very new and doing research.
