Been more than 10 years since I last been! 31 now, do you think it’ll still be fun?

A friend randomly had an itch to go and started a group trip to KD. Been so long since I been. I recently been to Epic Universe in Florida and it was fun.
Would KD hit the same?

Vito services technician try to sell $900/$1000 services for cleaning unit coils and replace capacitor but his notes don’t really indicate a problem

Brother and I Trying to help up our parents. He saw an advertisement for AC tune up from Vito services and signed my parents up for a call.

Guy said the air filter is dirty, and asked if we had a replacement. At the moment we didn’t so he just put it back.

He then showed me pictures he took of the outside unit and said it’s so dirty that it needs some type of chemical cleaner.

He also showed these metric readings and hey, I’m not a technician but he said that the capacitor is performing poorly and that it needs to be replaced.

Costs: $1000-900 to replace OR just do a cleaning.

He said I could clean it with the outside hose but the problem will reoccur so it’s better to replace the capacitor .

Thoughts please? How bad is this?? But when I look at his report notes he writes “Pass” and didn’t indicate any problem.

Is my vet doing enough? Is this normal aging? 10 year old Chiweenie

Just one year ago my 9 year old dog Chiweenie mix was running around the hallways of my condo and participating in the Chihuahua festival for his first time.

It seems 1 year later life hitting him like a truck after turning 10. He slowing down and not using his back legs. Usually when I put his harness on I lift his front legs and stand him up, now he doesn’t want to stand on his back legs.

Symptoms;
He stays in his crate a lot more.
Not eating much.
Doesn’t rush out to greet us anymore when we come home.
And lags behind when we’re walking.
I noticed his legs shaking.
And when he’s walking outside he’s more tempted to sit down.
He used to do so well on our apartment steps now he kinda hops, using both back legs at the same
Time instead of separately like before.

Vet appointments:
I’ve taken him to the vet and all they said was “i feel some stiffness. But it’s hard to tell cuz he’s so tense” ( he is scared of the vet)

They gave him a dasoquin prescription.
I even ordered a organ health test /blood test and they said good results, nothing stands out

My question:
Is there more they could be doing? Do I just accept this is how dog’s age and I just have to adapt to what he can do now?

He’s my first senior dog and I love him very much. 😟

I thought I loved my venue until it came time to booking a decorator

booked my venue.
prefer To have everything in indoors because of the heat.
175 guests or less anticipating . So about 21 tables ish.

What sold me on is that they said they do ceremony to cocktail, to reception flips all the time and it’s not difficult .
They said it takes 20 minutes and tables are decorated before hand and gets Moved when it’s time.
They gave me a 2 hour set up window.
5 hours of event time. 1 hour breakdown.

The problem I’m having: decorator I’m scouting says she does not want her tables touched or moved after they’re decorated. She said it’s risky to break or fall over.
She also said she’d need more than 2 hours of set up. Which is going to incur me more cost to the venue to add more time.

Should I look for a new decorator?
from the looks of it, she seems to be independent but maybe has 1-2 assistants .
Me and her vibed really well when I saw she understood my vision . So I think she’s determined to get me booked ..

I’m struggling with accepting the fact people are gonna talk no matter what [vent]

I have some preferences for my wedding .
I told one of my bridesmaids my idea and just asked for her single opinion privately . Turns out she went and discussed it with the other bridesmaids and they didn’t like my idea and told me, I felt really embarrassed , like I wanted something cringe. It revealed itself in discussion because they said I dropped it in the group chat…no I didn’t …means the one bridesmaid did…in a seperate group chat

Idk, it didn’t sit right with me that they talked about it behind my back.

It just feels weird to me.
I feel irritated because I’m not the type of person to critique what someone else wants for their wedding- it’s their vision..

I’ve heard people say people are going to talk shit no matter what I do and it’s just a hard pill for me to swallow
