Been on gout meds for 4 months but still getting flares from walking/gym
I’ve been on gout medication for around 4 months already and my uric acid is well acceptable now, but I still get actual flare symptoms if I push training/cardio/walking too hard.
I walk a lot daily and also train regularly, so I’m curious how other active people here manage balancing gout with gym/cardio long term.
Did it eventually calm down after longer on medication, or did you need to change your training/recovery a lot?
I really want to maintain a healthy active lifestyle, so being forced constantly to cut back honestly sucks.

Need recommendations for podcasts, audiobooks or YouTube stuff for walks
Time seriously flies during walks when you have something interesting playing in your ears.
What do you guys usually listen to during longer walks? Podcasts, YouTube channels, audiobooks, whatever.
Need some new stuff because I’m starting to run out of things to listen to
Are memecoins mostly gambling or skill long term?
Personally I think both are true at the same time. You can absolutely get lucky, especially in strong bull markets where almost everything pumps for a while, but I also think skill starts mattering way more once conditions get harder.
In euphoric markets honestly almost anybody can look like a genius just by buying random trending coins. But once momentum slows down, suddenly stuff like emotional control, risk management, taking profits, and avoiding obvious rugs becomes way more important.
I’ve also noticed a lot of newer traders treat every trade like it needs to change their life. They go all in chasing 100x plays instead of focusing on consistency and survival. In memecoins honestly just surviving multiple cycles without nuking your portfolio is already harder than people think.
Curious what other people here think. Mostly gambling, mostly skill, or somewhere in between?
