I decided to engineer my track with Rift's new tune Morana as a reference because I really like the depth he's able to create in his mixdowns. Some things I learned by doing this are that it is essential to control the energy of every element in the tune above 1-3k or so to preserve depth and that bass hits don't always have to rumble to help carry the tune. How did I do?
