Please tell me anything I can improve upon and please do tell if you want character info

My team has 2 3 times weaknesses which is bad but I don't know which one to switch out and for what

So I have been doing some free commissions for a dude and randomly out of the blue he contacted me and told me that he accidentally reported me because someone with the same profile pic of me scammed him, he also said I only had 12 hours left, here's my questions

1:why would I get absolutely no email, notification or anything telling me someone reported me,

2: my profile pic is of a drawing I made myself and posted, which only got like 100 views,

3: if this is true, what the fuck do I do?, this account has all my comic details and character art for the last 2 years, most of it deleted or thrown away I also don't know if I should say his username if it is a scam

I just have a feeling this is fishy as fuck, the account who is usually active every few hours was gone for 20 days before messaging me
