I just got the tuttio ICT a few weeks ago and it’s a pretty good bike for its price. I had a few issues, but tuttio support helped right away and helped me get it fixed. It has about 25 mile range and has lots of torque. All in all, the Tuttio ICT is probably the best e-bike for 1,7000
