50/50 custody of my only son here in Wisconsin. I haven't seen my son in over a month and a half. His mother has blocked my phone calls except for Messenger but even then she just lets it ring and does it acknowledge my messages. I was granted 50-50 custody when she assaulted her new boyfriend and father of their new child back in 2021. She's never followed parental plan and court order. She's on felony probation for methamphetamines. I've done nothing to deserve this and I'm not afraid of her retaliating every time I go to court she says that she withheld him for good reason without any documentation or any valid proof. I am so close to my son and I'm an awesome father. I've tried reasoning with her and of course the police are no help. I'm scared to death is anybody else been in this kind of situation.
