I spent 10 years of my NOAA career working on this regulation. Let’s hope the lawsuit gets tossed and the dolphins get a rest from these people.
I just made my reservations on the Amtrak train from Oceanside to LA and it’s got me excited! Who’s coming along on the tour? Roll Call!📣🚂🙌🏼
I think I’m probably the only Billy fan that grows their own coffee. I would love to send Billy a bag of my organically grown, 100% pure Kona beans, freshly picked from my minifarm on the slopes of Hualalai.🌈🌋🌺
Another song from the new album dropping Friday 🥰
Anyone have info? Message says Buildings 4 and 5 of the Lofts have been evacuated. Stay Safe!
What’s the consensus, will he livestream the entire fair, just his sets, or nothing at all? Maybe a PPV?
Yes we will be having couch tour whoo hoo!
Had to go Hilo for a doctor appointment and stopped at Kula Shave Ice to get the Mango Sago before it’s pau. A couple with their young child sit down at the table next to me. The mom and kid got up to order, a few minutes later the dad got up to join them and left their backpack sitting at the table, apparently to save their seats. They were all standing with their backs to the table for quite awhile as there was a lot of folks from the cruise ship in line. Do people not realize how dumb and risky this is? Especially with so many homeless, druggies, and thieves hanging around Hilo town. Folks, Hawaii may seem like an idyllic paradise but the reality is there’s plenty crime here just like everywhere else. Don’t leave anything of value unattended or in your rental car! 🤦🏼♀️
Tobe posted on his IG that he’s saying farewell to Billy and moving on to new gigs with Vince Staples and other artists. I really appreciate his tech wizardry with all the pedals he worked on for Billy, and wish him well in whatever he does in the future. We will miss you Tobe!
I’m kind of a train fan, and recently discovered that there was a railroad that existed as part of the Kona Sugar Company from 1902-1928. There’s not much information that I’ve been able to find about it, but apparently it ran 11 miles from Hōlualoa to Captain Cook. There’s still some remnants of the rail bed that can be found near Hualalai Rd. Does anyone here have any photos or other information you can share? TIA
