Is this the GABA A receptor antagonist flumazenil? The singular orange atom is fluorine, the blue atoms are nitrogen, the red atoms are oxygen, the black atoms are carbon, and the white atoms are hydrogen. There are two double bonds, one near the right, which is easy to see, and one near the bottom left, which is quite hard to see.
