Deleting from device but NOT from Cloud?

Im seeing if its possible to delete a book from my devices local storage but keep it in my cloud library?

When I'm finished with the book I'd like to offload it from local storage on device but able to redownload it as needed.

NGD Tanglewood TW1000HSR

I traded for this guitar today. Never heard of this maker from the UK. All solid rosewood and spruce top. Feels and sounds amazing. I picked it up in the store and had to have it.
I don’t see many for sale in the US?
It is a beauty, really happy with it.
