Making my own wireless

Guys I am in the middle of making my own Bluetooth porta pros.

Yes I get that there is a Bluetooth version already. I'm making this pare for fun alright

To those who want to do the same here is my component list:

Koss porta pro headphones (obviously)
MH-M18 Bluetooth audio module (it has a resistor to be replaced with jumper instead. Read datasheet to identify which one)
TP4057 charger module (one smd resistor neded to be replaced to lower the amperage output. Read datasheet for that too. Do NOT SKIP THAT PART. Unless you want to set your head on fire)
602030 lit-ion 300 Ma/h battery (it should last something like 15 hours of listening i think)
Some housing for the electronics (I'll 3d printing mine)
Wires, soder, soldering iron and a pair of hands to use it.

I'll post the results when it is done. I am still waiting for few parts to arrive.

Koss ‘Audio Legos’, I love the modularity

KSC-75 with orange Yaxi pads on the KPH-40 headband (great combo, the 40 band is perfect for the 75’s), moved the 75 clips to the 40 drivers and the Moondrop Old Fashioned pads to the 40’s, stretched the stock Koss pads over the OF

Comprar fones de ouvido Koss Porta Pro é uma boa ideia

Então, pessoal, eu vi um vídeo há alguns dias no YouTube sobre os 5 itens essenciais que alguém recomenda. E foi então que, pela primeira vez, eu vi esse fone.

Eu fiquei completamente impressionado pela vibe retrô e também pela portabilidade que ele mostrou.

No entanto, estou hesitante para comprar devido a estes itens:

Não sei a qualidade do som

Inseguro sobre a durabilidade/resistência ao desgaste

Os custos de envio/impostos para a Europa são absurdos

Adoraria as opiniões dos colegas usuários desses fones e saber sobre outras recomendações de empresas baseadas na Europa.

Porta pro headband sliders

I use my porta pros mostly indoors I would love to know if someone has some ideas to lock the headband sliders in a comfortable position to avoid all the maneuvering everytime I take them off and put them on

Can i just cut the wire instead of mmcx?

Just got my first pair of koss porta and i fcking love it!

Only thing i cant stant is the CABLE WITH THE WIDTH OF A HAIR.

Dont really need to be able to switch different cables - juat wanna use an iem cable i have laying around. Is the cable in a regular iem cable such as i can just cut it and solder it directly onto the points where the old cable was?

i saw these on ali express and i was shocked at how cheap they're. i could buy a headband for another $10 and have modded porta pros for half of the price of stock ones

Well that had some unexpected results

KSC75’s on sporta pro headband. Sounds completely different then on any other headband I’ve tried even the porta pro band. Got some kick and a bit of mid bass… stock pads that I used my wife’s conditioner on because the stock pads feel like sandpaper to me..
