Tuna melt…
Recipe; one can of Blue Harbor albacore tuna, with a touch of French’s yellow mustard and enough kewpie mayo to hold the tuna together but not get goopy, 1.5 slices of Swiss cheese, 1.5 slices of provolone cheese
Assemble sandwich with cheese on alternate sides of the tuna salad
Spread kewpie mayo on the outside for browning
12 minutes on broil, flipping halfway
