A bunch of you ask for an update on when the Koss Factory Store will be re-opening so wanted to let you guys know we are doing a soft opening starting today/this week!

We haven't been open since the pandemic and we didn't want to overwhelm our small Customer Service staff with a lot of pomp and circumstance, but you are ABSOLUTELY more than welcome to stop in and check out the new store and little museum with the world's first SP/3 Stereophone, HV/1A, Oculus Rift Display and short The Birth of the Stereophone documentary. (and preferably buy some headphones if you need headphones..lol)

Of course i'm there to help our incredible Customer Service girls so please feel free to ask for me and if I'm not in a meeting or occupied I'll come up front, answer any questions, or if you're a content creator I can setup private tour for you to snag content!

It's not a massive space, but I think we've done an incredible job of making it feel unique, stunning with some really cool history that was never publicly available.

And I truly apologize to the person who left a 2-star review on Google this past Friday who tried to visit the store, we've been trying to re-claim our Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor listings, I've had to spend an obscene amount of time, testing, and work getting them updated with content/hours/info.

Wanted to give everyone an update on the upcoming Outlet Store remodel. We’re getting close. Very close. Like a couple weeks close to opening back up. Hoping mid August!

We’ve done a complete remodel and it’s stunning! This week displays go up to try on and explore all of our headphones including the all new A/550 https://www.koss.com/a550, the history wall is done complete with an original SP/3 from 1958 and an HV/1A you can see, a short documentary on the TV and all of our products available at the new store.

This design/color combo was one of the first projects I got to work on when I started getting involved with product development and I'm gonna toot my own horn a little and say this is one of the slickest looking colorways we've released in a while.

The white is just enough of an off-white, and paired with the red/blue accents, it just feel very NASA/Punk and almost has a future/space vibe to it.

I've always loved the KPH30 Wireless, but it feels like a completely different headphone in this colorway and just so excited to finally release it!

It’s always such an amazing process watching one of our headphones transform from concept to creation.

A/550 went through so many acoustic and design refinements to get it to the headphone that it is today, and especially on a project of this magnitude it’s always fun to look back and see where it started, and not something people often get to see.

As you know, A/550 ships with a Mini XLR to 3.5mm 6.5ft cord. A/550 supports balanced audio connections and we have received a sizable amount of requests for an OEM 4.4 Balanced cable.

Our engineers immediately got to prototyping a solution that will be just beautiful as the OEM cord, and will be unmatched in aesthetic, durability, reliability and most importantly, price.
