I use my XR as my primary work phone. Outlook, Teams, Intune, Authenticator - these are a must in my phone. Also, I use other apps like whatsapp, Google, gmail, and banking, shopping, cab apps.
How much longer will the ios 18 have support for these apps? Because while I feel I should upgrade, I haven’t been able to yet. I don’t want it to be a forced one. So I want to plan and see deals accordingly.
Hi all, have been thinking of getting an XSR 155.
Background:
Have never been much of a rider myself. More of a car guy throughout. Driven around 2.5 lakhs plus. But biking experience less than 15k kms in total.
Had an unicorn bs3 in our home which I mostly used for local runs whenever I was in town.
Shifted back to my hometown with a job here, and my job requires me to travel my bikes more and it’s completely impossible to travel in a car. Riding on an average 80 kms a day, with days going as high as 200 kms. Lurking to check an upgrade as the Unicorn getting old feels a bit strained on open roads and unstable, while it is still perfect in smaller narrow town roads filled with rickshaws and cycles and other bikes.
Had taken a short TD of the XSR, less than a km but wasn’t comfortable a lot with slight wrist pain. I guess because I’m not used to riding committed position bikes. Most of my life I’ve ridden Unicorn, Apache 150 1st Gen, OG Cheetak and RE Electra.
My concerns are mostly comfort and mud splashing as I have to wear formals all the time for my work. Yamaha reliability is always there, so not a worry.
Confused if I should take a plunge or look at something else.
