I have been struggling recently. Any time my parents/ my sibling/my boss says me anything I take it so so personal and I start crying idk what is the problem with me. I feel like I can’t control my tears in situations.. Suppose someone blamed me when I know I was right I called my boss to tell that in that situation he told me that he is resolving it but the point here is while on the call with him my legs started shaking. in this situation i was right but still I was so so afraid. This has happened 3-4 times by now that I start freaking out and my legs start shaking. Need help
