In CM13/RMC14, there's a system of skills that prohibits everyone from just doing everything, such as making APC repair tied to a sufficient engineering skill or operating defibrillators to medical skill, and then restricting those skills to relevant roles like engineers and medics, which I've always really liked. Everyone being able to do everything on their own has always annoyed me since it basically incentivizes bypassing other departments and players if you're competent, and I was wondering if there were servers with alternate gameplay from RMC that have the same or a similar system.

Recently (probably about 2 weeks ago?) the fans started making a different, louder noise, sort of like grinding, which is probably related to the main issue I'm having.

I was normally using my Nitro and it suddenly shut off for no clear reason. It had been on for a few hours, but I hadn't done anything demanding, and I only had Firefox, Discord, and Steam open. It was a bit warm, but not exceptionally, though I'm unsure of the exact temperature and resource usage.

Now, it refuses to stay on. I can get it to turn on and reach my desktop by pressing the power button and continually pressing the keyboard, but as soon as I stop pressing anything, it shuts off within a second.
