Does X40 support matter? (HomeKit)

Can someone provide a recent experience? Searching online has all sorts of experiences. Firmware in Germany that supports it? People saying it’s unstable. Support messages from official Dreame Support saying it’s going to be released March 30, 2026.

Have you used the X40 in HomeKit via matter? How is it?

E7 Review: Arrived broken and support still hasn’t responded after a week and complained I was following up too much

Got a E7 desk last week. When I tried to test the adjusting height the keypad showed E23 and nothing moved. I switched the motor cables and continues to display E23 and not move at all.

I sent a video demonstrating the error and cable switching. Support responded asking for another video with the same thing but that I screw in the keypad to the desktop.. weird, cause that has nothing to do with the problem. I re-sent another video and a photo. Have not heard from support on a resolution since. That was 7 days ago.

I reached out to support the following day for a status update. I could not get a single response in the website online support chat. I tried to call and an automated message said no support agents are available and it hang up.

At the end of that day I got a very passive aggressive email complaining that I sent “too many emails”.. I guess the chat sends emails? I don’t know.. but the chat kept resetting after 30 minutes.

That email was the last I heard from support.

I work from home and it has been pretty uncomfortable for the last week working on super low desk.

I asked for a status update through the ticket email a couple days ago.. still no response.

Wondering if I should initiate a return.. what good is a 15 year warranty with support like this?
