Letters of recommendation

Hii guys. I’m applying to law school and have a question about LOS. I have one professor who knows me, I’ve done well in every course of his, and participated a lot in his class, but I wouldn’t say I have a legit relationship with this prof. I’m super scared to ask that prof for those reasons. What should I do? Is it normal to ask for LOR from profs that you dont have the strongest relationship with?

When to start messaging profs about LOR

Hey guys, stupid question but when do people typically reach out to references, and does one of them HAVE to be a professor that has had you in your class? For example, my prof I’m planning on asking is my research supervisor, but I haven’t taken any classes of hers.

Pass/fail credits

I’m going into 4th year and took a course that I didn’t perform well in when I was in first year (so over two years ago). Will I be able to request a pass grade for that course I didn’t do well in, and if so, what steps do I have to take to ensure I can do that. For reference, if I include that this grade was a pass, my CGPA will go up.

Can I still graduate with distinction if I have two marks below 70

Two of my marks are below a 70 (68 each), but my cumulative average is an 82. Would I still be able to graduate with distinction?

Those who got accepted to Windsor law, what was your gpa and lsat?

Trying to get insight on my chances so anything would help. I have a 3.9 gpa my last two years (which were much higher than my first two). If I aim for a high lsat (165+), how high will my chances be?
