Hi all! Does anybody know how the oil Situation is in madagascar? Any queues at the fuel stations? Or fuel shortages?

Hi all, iam still learing the takeoff. Unfortunately i live in an area with only low winds. 5-8kts usually. I thought about getting an foil assistant but they are pretty expensive. I also heard about electrical fins for sup like Jaykay. Are able to build up 500 watts. I thought about maybe getting one of these to assist me during the takeoff phase.
My set up is a very light wind set up. Gong cruzader 7”6 and a 6qm wing and a big 2500cm2 foil. Im also light. Has anybody tried it yet?
