Hi guys im moving to another country in exactly 30 days and i am terrified i live with my dad currently and every single time im alone i binge its the worst feeling ever and now im so so terrified because im going to be staying in a dorm and having my own kitchen and just living alone in general i am HORRIFIED of losing absolute control i have tried everything which im sure people in this subreddit can relate to i have tried it all…i went to a dietician last year and surprisingly i lost 10 kgs i am not obese but i am very very close to being considered obese i do see a therapist other than that what can i do is there anything i can save myself from this? I feel so stuck and i am so scared of losing even more control once i move abroad i am so ashamed and scared to post this i have never interacted with the BED community i hope i can find some advice and help here 🥲🥲

Hi everyone, im 19F im not obese but i am pretty overweight i have tried everything…i went to a dietician which helped so much i managed to lose 10 kilograms but after i stopped going i just could not keep the momentum going i tried everything truly. My BMR is around 1.800 calories. I feel so stuck and yes i am %99 sure i have either binge eating disorder or compulsive eating disorder i do not know how to deal with all of this i just miss that momentum i had so much 💔💔

I want to be able to lose weight for real this time because im moving to another country on my own and i will have my own dorm with my own kitchen i want to be able to have a proper lifestyle and routine. I do know about nutrition the problem isnt that i do not know what or how or how much to eat i just dont have the self control and i do not know how to help myself. My goal is to lose around 10-15 kilograms does anyone have any tips is there anyone who feels the same way as me or is going through something similar i feel so crazy 😭😭😭😭

I’m a student from Turkey 19F and I’m soo excited cuz I’ll be moving to Cologne this September to start uni. I fell in love with Cologne when I visited in february and I already know it’s an amazing, vibrant city. I’m about 90% sure that I will be moving to Cologne and not any other city. I love thrifting, exploring local cafes, music, and traveling. I’m also super into languages and love learning about different cultures.
