Had anyone received a confirmation email from the PS direct store after pre-ordering console plates or controllers?
I managed to grab some plates and a controller. Got an order received window but there was no order number, and I've not gotten a confirmation email. Credit card shows the pending charge.
Hoping it went through properly and its just stuck due to the traffic.
Is anyone thinking about buying a PS5 direct from Playstation?
I've got a $50 off coupon I won't be using. I got lucky and found a local store that never raised prices, so I got a pro for $750.

Season 1 - Crappy inflatable pool, but got the job done to cool off.
Season 2 - Upgraded to a 15' x 42" pool on a semi leveled ground on a tarp.
Season 3 - upgraded to a 3000gph Intex pump and sanding filter. Also added foam boards under the pool.
Gotta say the foam boards feel great on the feet.
Current season 4 - properly leveled the ground and added a heat pump. It's an Aquastrong Pro 35k. In 2 days of running 12 hours each day I went from 63° to 84° water.
I'm very happy with the heat pump and my plumbing work!
I'm going season 5 is just set it and forget it
I know there have been some bad experiences recently, especially around the orders being lost, but I have to say the way CAT customer service has handled it all has truly impressed me.
I was one of the customers that had an order issue.
Mine was unique and I won't go into details, but they totally made it right and then some!
I got my refund and my free can. All within a very reasonable time frame.
Reddit messages and emails were quickly answered with real information, not just we'll look into it that we see from a lot of other companies. I even received a phone call to confirm some details.
That great customer service is why I've since bought a KK and AC556 to round out my collection.
