I wonder how different this job would be if the DSP Forefathers didn't do what we do now (skipping breaks, running, etc.).
I also believe customers wanting everything in under an hour is a hand-in-hand contributor.

Dispatch at stand-up: You're no longer allowed to select "handed to customer" as an option. That now counts as a DSB.
